A friend and I have been discussing for so many months on now what camera they should settle for. We're both amateurs. After a lot of research, hesitation and frustration, we both came up with the same conclusion. We decided on the Canon 7D. At £1,700, it is, of course, expensive, but they certainly didn't regret their decision one bit; neither did I.
If I had to go for a professional camera, I'll go for the Canon 7D without question. The Canon 5D II was also involved in our list, but for its price and what it offered, it just wasn't convincing enough.
So anyway, I was so excited to spend a whole day out snapping away together with the Canon 7D. It's so powerful! I love the shutter speed. I love the sound it makes as it captures a scene.
Overall, we captured 1520 pictures. The battery lasts surprisingly long. It feels steady on one's hands. It's absolutely amazing!!

And I cannot wait to spend another day with the Canon 7D - till we meet again 7D!! =D
Before I began my day out, I geared myself up with the following brunch...
An unusual combination of English breakfast and Houmous!
Today, I brought my black Fiorelli ruffle bag with me. It's my second favourite bag after my LV.
And then came the unboxing of the 7D...
I leave you with some preview pictures of the Canon 7D. I was so surprised and amazed at its powerful shots and only little effort was needed! Hopefully you will be able to see more of what this camera has to offer in the future. I will reference any picture captured by the 7D. Do open it up to view it in its fullest size. I think it is scaled as it was uploaded though!

Thank you bosnishmuslima! =D
The camera is being kept with the friend of mine =P (I'll probably go crazy on the camera if I had it with me -.-... haha. it is such a [good] distraction) but anyway we meet up so often, so I will for sure be taking more pictures with the 7D. I cannot wait till I'll be free-er during the summer so I can do this more and also practise!
CONGRTA YOUR NEW CAM, PERSONALLY I USE NIKON, BUT IT'S BOTH BOTH GOOD!!
@ Hijabs and Co: Thank you!! ^.^ I also like Nikons, but because I got used to Canons and knew more about them, I decided to take the plunge with one =P
